Es increíble que recién a los 62 años, Olivia Newton-John pise suelo chileno. Finalmente tuvieron compasión de los miles de corazones rotos que dejó entre los adultos mayores y en las fans incondicionales de Grease, y el 15 de noviembre cantará para las 12 localidades distintas que ofrece ticketmaster para la velada.
Twist of Fate me fascina, es una especie de himno de la época, no porque haya trascendido demasiado, sino porque comienza con esa energía que sólo los sintetizadores de hace 30 años podían lograr, además, en este video de otra de sus películas con Travolta donde los dos no pueden sair más jóvenes y enamorados (hasta comparten el mismo peinado!), podemos ver la escencia misma de los early 80s, tanto en el recargado maquillaje como en el surrealismo de la puesta en escena (era broma, cierto?).
Porque, al parecer se trata de una especie de juicio romántico donde ella da su testimonio frente a un oscuros y severo jurado que la mira desgarrándose en medio las aguas iluminadas con luz de neon… Una especie de especial de “La Jueza” glamoroso y ochentero. Buenos días!
