Este martes l@s amantes del cine han vivido un día emocionante, ya que la Academia de Artes y Ciencias Cinematográficas (@theacademy) dio a conocer las producciones que están nominados a las 23 categorías de los Premios Oscar 2022.
La lista se encuentra encabezada por la cinta de Netflix The Power of the Dog con 12 nominaciones en total, entre las que incluye Mejor Película, Mejor Dirección y cuatro actores de su elenco nominados. Le sigue la película Dune con 10 nominaciones, Belfast y West Side Story con 7 cada una.
Además, el cortometraje chileno Bestia del realizador Hugo Covarrubias fue nominado en la categoría de Mejor Corto Animado. El corto está inspirado en la historia de Íngrid Olderöck como agente de la DINA durante la dictadura.
La ceremonia de la versión 94° de los Oscar se realizará el domingo 27 de marzo y se transmitirá para Latinoamérica a través de TNT.
